Villa Lina is an authentic relais with four mansions, each with acres of beautiful fields and its own private pool plus a few smaller villas, as well as hotel rooms, all of this immersed in 40 hectares in the heart of the Etruscan Tuscia. Next to the hotel are the hot sulfur springs and Roman baths, as well as an intact Medieval and Renaissance Etruscan village. Villa Lina is also one of the "Great Italian Gardens", with 18th century botanical gardens containing ancient and rare plant species amid the beautiful antique architecture and its beautiful fountains.
Each room is furnished with warm colors and antique furniture, and overlooks the common garden and its fountains. Most bathrooms have a bathtub (if not a shower) and a bidet, and some rooms also have free Wi-Fi access.

Recently renewed, this villa is Relais Villa Lina’s jewel. The big living room has three doors - one to the terrace, the other to a room with a winter garden and the third, to a frescoed library. There are five wonderful suites with the bathrooms decorated with exclusive antique Neapolitan tiles, one of them with a glass ceiling for a moment of relaxation in the bathtub with the stars above.
Torre del Falco has six suites: the Winter Garden Room is naturally illuminated and has a queen size bed. The Ground Floor Room is smaller, but cozier with a small balcony that walks to the garden, besides having a bathroom with two showers. The Aquamarine Suite has a king size bed. The Emerald Suite has a king size bed, a Jacuzzi and a spacious terrace. The Saffron Tower Room has a queen size bed and the Stargazer Suite has a queen and a single bed, a panoramic terrace and a bathroom with a glass dome to relax in the Jacuzzi while admiring the stars.
There is also a suite in the attached construction next to the Torre del Falco called Torre del Falco Pavillion that is perfect for couples because it is a little more private. This suite has a king size bed and two sofa beds, in addition to a luxurious marble bathroom, seventeenth-century inspired sinks and benches, Murano glass mirrors, a Finnish sauna, a shower and a Jacuzzi that overlooks the sunset.
Relais Villa Lina’s Casa Vostra villa is a real dream: the property is located in the four acres center of the historical gardens and immersed in the songs of his many sources that range from the baroque to metaphysics. It is a nineteenth century house rebuilt with a vintage feeling. The Casa Vostra has a total of five suites: the Papal Fountain suite with a double bed, a sofa-bed and a bathroom with a bathtub; the Flower room has a double bed (that can be substituted by two single beds) and also a bathroom with a bathtub; the Flower Garden room has a double bed and a single bed. the bathroom has a steam shower; the Boulle room has a double bed and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom and the Arlequin room, has a single bed and also a Jacuzzi.
This pleasant villa has a beautiful view to Ronciglione and four charming double suites with an incomparable atmosphere, a small central hall and a fully equipped kitchen.

At Casa Vostra Cottage’s ground floor, there is a massage room and a poolroom. Each has its own entrance directly from the garden, separated from the private entrance to the house.
You will feel back to the past when you enter the dining room at Casa Vostra’s ground floor, with its ach-shaped doors that open to a tranquil balcony with tables, old swings and a spacious living room with sunny windows with views of the luxurious gardens. The living room also holds events for up to 40 people.
It will be glamorous to cook at Forre del Falco since the kitchen has next-generation devices and antique Indian tiles. The dining room leads to a stone patio with a table and a griller.
